Do you provide ongoing UX support and maintenance services?

Yes, we provide flexible ongoing support that can increase and decrease in hours per week or month based on your upcoming roadmap and design needs. We've worked with many of our clients for multiple years and the flexibility we offer saves money by reducing the need for full-time hires.

What is your hourly rate for UX/UI design?

We customize our UX engagements to each team’s needs. New clients often start with a fixed cost project for a specific scope of work. Other clients prefer flexible hourly billing for ad hoc needs or retainer options for longer-term support. Our default payment terms are monthly billing, due net-30 but we offer discounted retainer based pricing for engagements with set hours per week prepaid on the first of each month.
